Subsequent Proceedings

Good evidence is worthless if not presented well.  If evidence is not presented correctly it can easily be discredited and if a surveillance operative is not experienced in being cross examined in the witness box their evidence, although potentially very strong, can also be discredited.

As a result of hundreds of live surveillance operations that have culminated with giving evidence at court, the majority of which were heard at The Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey), staff employed by Surveillance Limited are all very experienced with court procedures and giving surveillance evidence.  This includes the writing of statements and the exhibiting of photography and video footage.
